§ 31.069 ENTRY POWERS.
   (A)   The Building Inspector shall have the power to make or cause entry to be made into any building or premises other than a private residence where the work of altering, repairing, or constructing any building or structure is going on for the purpose of making inspections at any reasonable hour. ('79 Code, § 402(4))
   (B)   With respect to private residences, if consent to entry is not given, the Building Inspector may not enter paid residence without a warrant except in those situations presenting immediate public hazard or danger.
