The Treasurer shall make monthly reports to the Board of Trustees showing the state of the finances of the village, of the budget, and the amount received and spent during the month, which reports shall be filed. The Treasurer shall make and publish a statement of cash and securities and a statement of revenues and expenditures for the past fiscal year between the July 1 and July 15 showing transactions as Treasurer during the preceding fiscal year. The Treasurer shall keep a register of all warrants, bonds, or orders filed or paid by him, and all vouchers, as required by statute or ordinance.
