(A) It shall be the duty of the Village Clerk to see to the publication of all ordinances required to be published. The Village Clerk shall attend all meetings of the Board of Trustees and keep a record of the proceedings and shall also be responsible for the preparation of ballots and other tasks in connection with elections.
(B) In addition to the duties herein provided, the Clerk shall perform such other duties and functions as may be required by statute, ordinance, or the Board of Trustees.
