(A) The regular meetings of the Board of Trustees shall be held on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.; no notice of such regular meetings shall be required.
(1) The meeting place of the Board of Trustees shall be in the Board Room at the Village Hall, unless otherwise ordered by the Board of Trustees.
(2) Any regular meeting falling upon a legal holiday shall be held on the day following at the same hour and place specified.
(B) Special meetings may be called by the Village President or any three Trustees upon at least 24 hours’ notice to all members and the President.
(C) Emergency meetings may be called in the manner prescribed by ILCS Ch. 5, Act 120, § 2.02(a).
