§ 11.02 DATUM AND BENCHMARK.
   (A)   The datum for the village shall be the chiseled square on top of the inspection manhole hatch of the water reservoir located at 940 West Broadway, Winthrop Harbor, Illinois. The elevation established at said point is 693.052 feet based on United States Geological Survey datum.
   (B)   All grades hereafter established, fixed, or referred to shall be measured from the datum hereby established.
