All connections to the sanitary sewer system shall be made by authorized employees of the town or by licensed plumbers who have been specifically employed or granted permission by the town to make the connection. Any sewer connections made by authorized, licensed plumbers shall be inspected by the town after the work has been completed and prior to the time the connection is covered. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Plumbing Code of the town and the amendments thereto that the Board of Alderpersons may from time to time adopt.
