§ 52.20  SEWER CONNECTIONS TO BE MADE WHERE OPENINGS PROVIDED.
   Every sewer connection made directly to a main shall be made at the “Y” provided for the lot to be served; but if no such “Y” has been provided for the lot, then the connection may be made directly to the main at any convenient point.
