§ 52.03 USE OF PROVISIONS IN CONTRACTS.

All pertinent provisions of this chapter are hereby made a part of the terms and conditions whereby the town furnishes sewer or water service to any person, or whereby the town makes any sewer or water connections or performs any work connection with the furnishing of sewer or water service.
