§ 50.13 FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH RULES AND REGULATIONS.

Any user of the town's electrical power who violates a rule or regulation related thereto approved by the Council shall be notified of the violation by the Superintendent. Fourteen days after the notification, continuance of the violation shall be grounds for the discontinuance of electrical service.
