§ 50.06 RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR PURPOSES OF INSPECTION; ACCESS TO ELECTRIC METERS.
   (A)   Employees of the town shall at all reasonable hours have free access to all premises for the purpose of examining fixtures or connections on which town electrical power is maintained.
   (B)   Employees of the town shall be allowed access to customer meters at all reasonable hours. Fencing shall not enclose electric meters, unless a separate access gate is provided for specific access to the electric meter. Locked gates, loose dogs, and/or other forms of blocking meter access are violations of this section.
