§ 50.02 BOARD TO REGULATE.

(A) The Board of Alderpersons shall have complete control and prescribe all rules and regulations for the operation of the town's electric power system.

(B) The Board may select some competent person to supervise under its general control the entire electrical system of the town. The Board may from time to time prescribe the duties and responsibilities of this person.
