The initial term of appointment for members shall be one member for a one-year term, two members for two-year terms, and two members for three-year terms. The successor of the Committee members shall be appointed by the Council to serve three year terms from and after the expiration of the terms of their predecessors in office. Members may be reappointed, with no limits on the number of terms served. No member shall receive compensation for their services as a member of the Committee.
