§ 32.120  STORM WATER ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
    Under the direct control of the Council, there is hereby established a five-member Storm Water Advisory Committee. This Committee will be appointed by the Council for the purpose of providing storm water management policy guidance to the Town of Winterville.
