§ 32.100  HUMAN RELATIONS BOARD.
   Under the direction of Council, there is hereby established a six-member Human Relations Board. This Board will be appointed by Council, and will assist the Council and the Town with the following:
   (A)   The study of problems in the area of human relations.
   (B)   The promotion of equity for all citizens.
   (C)   The promotion of understanding, respect, and goodwill among all citizens.
   (D)   The provision of channels of communication among diverse groups.
   (E)   Encouraging the employment of qualified people without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sex, age, national origin, disability or genetic information.
   (F)   Encouraging youth to become better trained and qualified for employment.
