§ 32.096  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
   (A)   Comprehensive Town Tree Plan.
      (1)   It shall be the responsibility of the Board to develop a written plan for the care, preservation, pruning, planting, replanting, removal, or disposition of trees and shrubs in parks, along streets, and in other public areas.
      (2)   The plan will be presented annually to the Council and, upon the its approval, shall become the Comprehensive Town Tree Plan.
   (B)   Tree inventory.
      (1)   The Tree Board shall supervise a tree inventory for street, park and publicly owned trees.
      (2)   The inventory shall be updated every three years with the results of ground inspections.
   (C)   Other requested work.  The Tree Board, when requested by the Council, shall consider and report upon any matter coming within the scope of its work.
