§ 32.095  MEETINGS OF THE TREE BOARD.
   (A)   The Tree Board will schedule meetings as necessary.
   (B)   A majority of the members shall be a quorum for the transaction of business.
   (C)   The Tree Board shall keep minutes of its proceedings.
