(A) The Tree Board shall choose its own officers.
(1) Officers will serve one-year terms, with no limits on the number of terms that may be served.
(2) Elections will be held at the start of the fiscal year, during the month of July.
(B)
The Town Manager will serve as a liaison between the Tree Board and the Council.
