§ 55.44 DEDICATION OF BMPS; FACILITIES AND IMPROVEMENTS.

The town will not accept dedication of any existing or future storm water management facility for maintenance. All such facilities shall meet all the requirements of this chapter and include adequate and perpetual access and sufficient area, by easement or otherwise, for inspection and regular maintenance, to be performed by the responsible party.
