§ 32.052 POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD.

   The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board shall recommend and advise to the Director on any matters  relating to recreational programs, policies, procedures, park development, maintenance, budget preparation, hiring, acquisition of land and such matters as the Director deems appropriate.
