The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board shall hold meetings as deemed necessary, but shall hold at least one meeting per month. The Director shall make regular reports to the Council concerning the Recreation Department. The Secretary of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board shall keep and preserve a record of the attendance of members, discussions, resolutions, recommendations, findings and all other matters of business transacted at any meeting.
