The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board shall elect the following officers: President, Vice President, Secretary, and any other officer or committee the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board believes is necessary. Officers will serve one-year terms, with no limits on the number of terms that may be served. Elections will be held at the start of the fiscal year, during the month of July. The Secretary will record minutes and supply copies of same to the Director.
