§ 130.01 INJURING BUILDINGS, MACHINERY AND POLES OF THE TOWN ELECTRICAL SYSTEM.

No person, firm or corporation shall injure or in any way tamper with the electric power meters, poles or any other facilities or apparatus of the town electrical system. In addition to other penalties authorized in this code, persons responsible shall be required to pay for the damage done.
