§ 32.029 RECORD OF FIRES TO BE KEPT.

   (A)   The Chief shall keep, or shall cause to be kept when possible, an accurate record of all fires including:

   (B)   Location of premises;

   (C)   Owner;

   (D)   Brief description of premises, whether of brick, stone, concrete, iron, or wood;

   (E)   How occupied, whether as dwelling, storehouse, factory, workshop or otherwise;

   (F)   Amount and nature of damage as to both real and personal property;

   (G)   Amount of insurance;

   (H)   Cause of fire; and

   (I)   Date.
