§ 94.19  FIRE HYDRANTS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle on a Street within 15 feet of a fire hydrant.  At the discretion of the Fire Prevention Bureau, the curbing may be marked 15 feet in any direction may be marked accordingly.
   (B)   Furthermore, it shall be unlawful for post, fences, vehicles, growth, trash, storage, buildings and other materials or objects to be placed or kept near fire hydrants, fire department inlet connections, or fire protection control valves, in a manner that would prevent such equipment or fire hydrants from being immediately discernable.  The fire department shall not be deterred from gaining immediate access to fire protection equipment or fire hydrants.
   (C)   Any citizen that alters the appearance by painting a fire hydrant shall do so in a manner that is not offensive and shall receive a permit from the Fire Prevention Bureau. 
   (D)   A three-foot clear space around shall be maintained around the circumference of fire hydrants unless otherwise approved or required.
