§ 94.10 INSPECTION MADE UPON COMPLAINT.

Whenever any person shall make written complaint to the Chief of the Fire Department that any business or premises constitutes a fire hazard, it shall be the duty of the Chief to have the same inspected in a reasonable amount of time.
