§ 32.025  ORGANIZATION.
   The town Fire-Rescue-EMS Department shall consist of a Chief and such other positions as the Chief and/or Town Manager may deem necessary. The operation of the Department shall be governed by the general administrative policies of the town and any additional Departmental policies, rules, and regulations that may be adopted by the Chief to supplement the general administrative policies of the town.
