§ 32.032 INTERFERING WITH FIREFIGHTERS, EQUIPMENT, OR APPARATUS.
   (A)   No person shall interfere with a firefighter in the discharge of his or her duty, or hinder him or her in the performance of his or her duty. No person shall congregate with others in the streets or squares adjacent to a fire so as to interfere with the operations of the Fire-Rescue-EMS Department.
   (B)   Nor shall any person other than members of the Fire Department loiter about any fire station, or change, handle or meddle in any manner with any fire engine or any other apparatus.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to disturb, remove or in any manner molest any part of the firefighting apparatus of the town or any part of the hose belonging to or being a part of the fire and rescue equipment for any purpose other than the use thereof in fighting fire or upon the written order of the Fire-Rescue-EMS Chief.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for any person willfully or maliciously to destroy, damage, tamper with, deface or carry away any of the apparatus, equipment, vehicles or implements belonging to the Fire-Rescue-EMS Department.
   (E)   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive over or in any way damage or mutilate any fire hose while in use at a fire or otherwise.
   (F)   Apparatus and vehicles designated for response to fire, EMS, rescue, HAZMAT or other emergencies may be parked in locations on town streets in a manner that facilitates response readiness.
