§ 32.031  FIRE DEPARTMENT MAY CALL ON CITIZENS TO ASSIST WITH EMERGENCY OPERATIONS.
   During the continuance of any fire, disaster, or emergency, the Chief of the Fire Department, his or her assistants or the Mayor shall have the power to call on any and all persons to assist in extinguishing the fire, or in removing any goods, wares, merchandise or furniture from any building on fire, or in danger, to some place of safety.  No person shall fail to obey any order given for the purpose aforesaid.
