§ 100.02 DEFINITIONS.

For the purpose of this section, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings.

GOLF CART. A vehicle designed and manufactured for operation on a golf course for sporting or recreational purposes and that is not capable of exceeding speeds of 25 miles per hour.

OPERATOR. Only persons over 16 years of age may operate a golf cart.
