§ 50.16  ENERGIZING THE ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM.
   The Electric Utility Director shall energize extensions of the electric distribution system as necessary to serve new customers or to improve the operation of the system. Extensions of the system include transmission and distribution lines, transformers, and streetlights.
