§ 30.03  SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   Special meetings of the Council may be held, after six-hours’ notice, upon the call of the Mayor or upon the request in writing of any two members of the Council.  Notice of the time and purpose of the meetings shall be posted at the Town Hall.
