The other employees and officers that are deemed necessary, with the exception of the Town Attorney, shall be appointed by the Town Manager. All officers and employees shall serve at the pleasure of the Town Manager and receive compensation as from time to time may be prescribed by the Board of Alderpersons in accordance with the adopted pay and classification plan.
