Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this chapter, the following places of business may remain open and offer for sale any item in stock, except where state law prevails, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on Sundays:
(A) Grocery stores;
(B) Convenience stores;
(C) Drug stores;
(D) Service stations or gasoline motor fuel retailers;
(E) Video stores; and
(F) Restaurants.
