(A) The Pitt County Addressing Ordinance, copies of which are on file in the office of the Town Clerk, is hereby adopted and incorporated into this code of ordinances as fully as if set out at length herein.
(B) The Board of Alderpersons adopt the Pitt County Addressing Ordinance for application within the town in accordance with the interlocal agreement Regarding Municipal E-911 Address Assignment By Pitt County, which is incorporated into this code of ordinances as if set out at length herein.
(C) Application, administration and enforcement of the ordinance shall be in accordance with the interlocal agreement referred to in division (B) above. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the town.
