§ 98.073  SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS; ORDERING AND ASSESSING COSTS.
   The Board of Alderpersons may order sidewalk improvements and assess the entire cost against the property owner upon finding by the Board that the improvements are in the interest of public safety.
