§ 98.027 PLACEMENT OF VENDING MACHINES IN TOWN RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
   It shall be unlawful to place any vending machine, telephone booth or other similar apparatus upon any sidewalk located within the right-of-way of any street owned maintained or controlled by the town. Further, this section prohibits any apparatus which is access from the sidewalks.
