§ 97.99 PENALTY.

Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $500, imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, or both. Each day the violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
