§ 97.09 NOTICE TO TOWN AND OTHER OFFICIALS.

   Immediately upon the issuance of a parade permit, the Town Clerk shall send a copy thereof to the following:

   (A)   The Town Mayor;

   (B)   The Fire Chief;

   (C)   The Chief of Police; and

   (D)   The general manager or responsible head of each public transportation utility, the regular routes of whose vehicle will be affected by the route of the proposed parade.
