The Board of Alderpersons shall act upon the application for a parade permit at the next regularly scheduled Town Board meeting. If the Board of Alderpersons disapproves the application, the Town Clerk shall mail to the applicant, within five days after the meeting at which the application was considered, a notice of the Board's action stating the reasons for denial of the permit.
