§ 95.056  SMOKING PROHIBITED IN MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS AND VEHICLES.
   Smoking is prohibited in all of the following, with the exception of buildings with designated smoking areas.
   (A)   Building that are owned and occupied by the town.
   (B)   Buildings that are leased by the town as lessor in which any portion is occupied by the town.
   (C)   Buildings that are leased by the town as lessee and occupied by the town.
   (D)   Vehicles that are owned and leased by the town.
