(A) Discharge of passengers prohibited. No person shall discharge passengers from a motor vehicle between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Monday through Friday within 500 feet from the intersection of Jones Street and Kennedy Street.
(B) Penalty. Any violation of any provision of this section shall be an infraction, punishable upon conviction by a fine not to exceed $50.
