§ 72.51 OFF-STREET PARKING IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS.
   (A)   Prohibition.  Off-street parking or storage of any vehicle or trailer over 22 feet in length shall not be permitted within any front yard area, within any street side yard area, or within any street right-of-way area. The use of recreational vehicles as dwelling units or storage units is prohibited.
   (B)   Five-foot setback requirement.
      (1)   On residential corner lots, parking or storage of the vehicles shall be permitted in a non-street side yard area or rear yard area, when a five-foot setback from the property line is maintained.
      (2)   Parking or storage of the vehicles on other residential lots shall be permitted in a side yard area or rear yard area, when a five-foot setback from the property line is maintained.
   (C)   Definitions.  For the purposes of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      FRONT YARD.  The space extending across the full width of the lot, and extending from the closest front wall of the building to the street or street curb.
      REAR YARD. The space extending across the full width of the lot, and extending from the closest rear wall of the building to the rear property line.
      STREET SIDE YARD AREA.  The space between the front and rear yard areas, extending from the closest side wall of a building to the street or street curb.
