Subject to applicable federal and state law, it shall be unlawful for any train to operate through the corporate limits of the town between the daytime hours of 7:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. at a speed greater than 25 mph. During the night-time hours between 7:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m., it shall be lawful for all trains to operate at regularly scheduled speeds.
