§ 53.02  RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS.
   (A)   All residential customers shall pay an initial deposit in the amount as may from time to time by established by the Board of Alderpersons.  The current schedule of deposits is on file in the office of the Town Clerk.
   (B)   Any residential customer who has previously received service from another utility system may, in lieu of cash deposit, provide to the town a letter of good credit history from the most recent utility.  A letter of credit will be accepted in lieu of cash deposit only if the letter accounts for the preceding 12-month period, and shows that the customer has received no cut-offs and/or returned checks during the preceding 12 months.
