(a) Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of Section 715.01
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree for each day of violation and each day of such strip mining operations shall be deemed to be a separate offense. For the purpose of this section, the provisions of this chapter as set forth in Section 715.01
shall be deemed violated at the time operations are commenced to remove the overburden or soil from such coal.
(b) Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of Section 715.05 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree for each violation and each detonation of any type of detonating device shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
(c) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of Section 715.08 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and each day of such augering operation shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
(d) Any person, firm or corporation violating any other provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree for each day in violation and each day of the failure of the person, firm or corporation to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
