Certain individuals and/or families earning a low to moderate annual income may not be subject to the three dollar ($3.00) per gross square foot fee. Applicants seeking waiver of fees shall submit an application to the town manager for the town of Winter Park or his designee for review and recommendation to the Winter Park town council. The Winter Park town council will make the final determination regarding the waiver of any or all of the affordable housing fees. (Ord. 498, Series of 2016)
