In keeping with the purpose and intent of this chapter and the master plan of the town, the planning commission shall formally review this chapter every two (2) years from the date of adoption. This review shall include an evaluation report from the design review committee which shall be submitted to the planning commission. A meeting shall then be held by the planning commission to allow for public input after which a formal report of findings and recommendations shall be made to the town council. A public hearing shall be conducted prior to any amendments being made to this chapter deemed necessary by the town council. (Ord. 440, Series of 2010)
