B. If a liquor licensee, his or her agents or employees, believes or has reason to believe that a sale or delivery of alcoholic liquor is prohibited because the prospective recipient may be less than twenty-one (21) years of age, he or she shall, before making such sale or delivery, demand proof of the person's age through the presentation of some form of current government-issued identification, that includes the person's name, photograph and date of birth, such as a driver's license or passport.
