A. Schedule of Meetings. The Board shall meet at least four times per year, at a time and place established by rules of the Board. Special meetings of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners shall be held at the call of the Chairperson or at the call of the two other members of the Board.
B. Meetings. All meetings shall be held in accordance with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act and Chapter 3.02 of this code.
C. Quorum. A majority of the Board shall constitute a quorum for the conduct of all business.
