§ 117.12 APPEAL.
   An applicant or license holder who has been denied a license or renewal of a license or who has had a license suspended or revoked under this chapter may appeal to the City Council by submitting a written appeal within ten days of the postmark on the notice of denial, nonrenewal, suspension or revocation, or the date the notice is hand delivered. The written appeal must be submitted to the Finance Officer, 325 S Monroe St., Ste 118, Winner, SD 57580. The appeal will be considered by the City Council at a regularly scheduled meeting within one month of the receipt of the appeal. A hearing before the City Council under § 117.11(B) shall constitute the one appeal to which the appellant is entitled in the case of a suspension or revocation. In all cases, the decision of the City Council is a final decision.
